Frequently Asked Questions

All of our prints are available to order in the following sizes;

A3+ 329 x 483mm - 12.9 x 19in
A3 – 297 x 420mm – 11.7 x 16.5in
A4 – 210 x 297mm – 8.3 x 11.7in

In order to achieve the highest possible print quality we print all our images in house using our Canon Pro 100 printer and archival quality pigment based inks. 

We use a range of fine art papers from Fotospeed and Marrutt which are carefully chosen to suit the particular character and tones of the image. If you would like to discuss the types of paper we have available before ordering, please feel free to contact us to chat through. 

This is not a problem, we are more than happy to accommodate custom sizes, contact us here and we can look into creating you a bespoke version of the print at your required size. 

All our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 1-3 days after being shipped. For more information please visit our shipping and returns 

Unfortunately we only ship within the UK. For International orders please visit our Etsy shop. 

We try to be as accurate as we can with our product images but please be aware that colours will vary slightly depending on your monitor and browser settings. 

Requests to change or cancel your order after you have received your confirmation email will not be possible in most cases. We print to order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you. 

In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number.
