Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide from Edinburgh, Scotland.

For International customers outside the UK, please be advised that shipping costs will be charged following your order and items ordered will not be dispatched until shipping costs have been paid in full. 

Any import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside our control.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service which aims for 2-3 days delivery. Whilst we make every effort to make sure your order is delivered for a specific time, we cannot be responsible for any postal service delays. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. We print the address directly from the details provided so please ensure these are correct upon checkout.  Any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. In the case you would like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a shipping fee will be charged.

RETURNS: 

We happily accept returns and exchanges

Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. 

I don't accept cancellations. But, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, (unless they arrive damaged or defective,) I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Conditions of return:

We strongly advise all customers to ensure they label their parcels with 'return to sender' address details in case of any further government restrictions for delivery carriers.

For a refund items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
