The Beach House boasts an enviable position overlooking North Berwick’s main beach, Milsey Bay,  with amazing uninterrupted views to Bass Rock and across the Firth of Forth. Offering an elevated, open-plan living area composed of a lounge, dining room and kitchen. This space allows you to take full advantage of the wonderful, expansive views of the beach and Bass Rock. 

 Large comfortable sofas at one end of the open plan living space create a perfect seating area to watch the sun set, with enchanting views of Bass Rock through the bay window, whilst at the far end of this living space is a large dining table, the perfect setting to finish the day with a delicious meal prepared for you by our private chef.
 

The Beach House has four large, beautifully decorated double bedrooms, with three stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers, two of which also have a separate bath.
